Legacy Medical Practice · Marine Parade

You tried to lose the weight. Then life made it hard to keep going.

A medical weight loss programme in Singapore. Twelve weeks, three structured phases, built on habits, not hype.

Start with a 60-minute weight loss assessment, SGD 275 nett: a doctor reviews your history, habits, and metabolic health, and maps what actually fits you. Full 12-week programme from SGD 698 if you continue.

Picture where this goes

The version of you that stays consistent, not the one who starts over every Monday.

01

What it feels like

Clothes that fit again. Energy that holds past 3pm. A body you stop fighting, and stop apologising for.

02

More than a prescription

Medication is one tool, considered only when it is clinically right for you and decided together after a full assessment. Around it sits the real work: nutrition, movement, and a physio-guided plan built for your body.

03

Built for what lasts

Our focus is not the fastest drop. It is building the habits that carry you past week twelve, with follow-ups every few weeks to help you stay on track.

Two paths, the same stretch of time

The fastest drop is rarely the one that stays.

TIME WEIGHT Where you start Quick-fix approach A structured approach

Illustrative only. Individual results vary.

First, three things worth knowing

Most weight-loss stories miss one of these. We don't.

01

A plan is what makes change hold.

Short-term weight loss can happen without long-term structure. What usually lasts is the habit work, follow-up, and accountability built around the change.

02

You're doing the work, not us.

Our doctor leads a doctor weight loss programme in Singapore. You bring effort, patience, persistence. Together we build sustainable weight loss in Singapore, for the long term, not the launch week.

03

Twelve weeks. Then you keep what you built.

Three structured phases with follow-ups every four weeks. The habits you build are yours after the programme ends.

Your doctor

A GP with a focus on women's health and metabolic health.

Mum of three. Marine Parade GP with over ten years of clinical experience. Personal interest in supporting women through weight changes, hormonal symptoms, perimenopause, and the everyday balance of work, family, and self.

MBChB (Manchester) 10+ years GP experience Women's health diploma in progress

"I've personally struggled with weight for most of my life as well, so I understand the emotional and mental side of that journey too. What has worked for me over time has been structure, discipline, consistency, patience, persistence and accountability, not perfection."

"That's the same kind of supportive and realistic approach I try to bring into the clinic for my patients as well."

Our doctor · in her own words

For women who've already tried

You made progress before. Then the routine became hard to sustain.

That fear is real. Weight commonly returns when the underlying habits and support were never built. Not because patients failed. Because the structure was missing.

What we build instead of motivation

Motivation runs out. Something steadier doesn't.

We build the patterns that are easier to keep using after the first burst of motivation passes.

Structure Consistency Patience Discipline Accountability

Not perfection.

How the twelve weeks run

Three phases. Twelve weeks. With your doctor.

Inside, a metabolic reset done over 12 weeks: weekly habit-building, structured follow-ups, and a medical review that keeps the plan grounded in your health, schedule, and context.

Phase 1 · Week 1

Initial assessment

A full review of your medical history, lifestyle, goals, and metabolic context. Without rushing.

Phase 2 · Week 2

Personalised plan and physio

A planning session, plus a thirty-minute physiotherapy assessment with our partner team.

Phase 3 · Weeks 4, 8, 12

Three follow-ups

Accountability. Progress tracking. Habit-building. Adjustments where needed.

The programme is built around assessment, structure, follow-up, and accountability. Not a quick fix.

Coverage and pricing transparency

All-inclusive pricing. No surprise add-ons.

Our sustainable weight loss programme in Singapore is built as a metabolic reset in Singapore, with two simple tiers below. The assessment helps the doctor understand your health, history, routine, and what support is appropriate.

What's covered

The programme covers your initial assessment, personalised plan, physiotherapy assessment, and three follow-up consultations. Inclusive of GST.

What does the assessment cover?

We review your medical history, lifestyle, goals, and metabolic context before deciding what kind of weight-management support fits your situation.

Insurance and Medisave

Weight management programmes are private-pay in Singapore. Medisave and CHAS apply only to chronic disease screenings, which can be discussed separately at your assessment.

Most patients start with a 60-minute weight loss assessment, SGD 275 nett. Your doctor reviews your medical history, lifestyle, and metabolic health, looks at the whole picture with you, and recommends whether a full programme fits. Nothing is decided before that.

Medication, if clinically appropriate, is priced separately and discussed at your assessment.

If you'd rather not commit to a full programme

Every consultation, screening, and physio session is also available on its own. The full programme bundles these at a lower total.

The honest bits:
  • The 12-week programme is valid up to 20 weeks from enrollment.
  • A fixed number of consultations are included. Unused sessions are non-transferable.
  • Additional consultations are charged at standard rates.
  • Investigations and external services are not included unless stated.
  • Maintenance reviews after the programme are typically every 6–8 weeks where appropriate (follow-up review SGD 105).

Suitability

Who this programme is for, and who it isn't.

This is built for you if you

  • Are ready to take responsibility for your own health
  • Want a sustainable approach, not a quick fix
  • Want a medical review alongside structure and follow-up
  • Value continuity with a doctor who listens
  • Are willing to commit twelve weeks to build something that lasts

This isn't the right fit if you

  • Want certainty in a short timeframe
  • Are looking for the cheapest possible option
  • Expect one short-term tactic to solve the underlying cause
  • Aren't ready to engage with structure and accountability

Common questions

The questions women ask us first.

I've tried to lose weight before. It worked, then I gained it back.

That's a common story. Short-term progress can happen before the habits, structure, or accountability are strong enough to hold it. The twelve-week programme is built around exactly that work.

Is this a product-first consultation?

No. The first step is an assessment of your health, history, goals, and routine. Your doctor will explain what kind of support is appropriate for you after that review.

How is this different from a nutritionist, a gym, or a slimming centre?

This is a medical weight loss clinic in Singapore, not a slimming centre. Your assessment is a full medical review, including metabolic context and history. Your plan is medical, not commercial. Follow-ups are with your doctor, not a salesperson. Physiotherapy is included where useful. The full weight loss programme in Singapore is bounded: twelve weeks, three phases, fixed pricing.

I'm a working mum. I can't commit to a long programme.

Twelve weeks total. Three follow-up consultations across that period, roughly one every four weeks. Each consultation is structured for working mothers' schedules. The programme is realistic by design.

What happens after the twelve weeks?

The programme ends at week twelve. Some patients continue with periodic check-ins. Some return to their regular GP visits. The structure you've built is yours to keep. That's the point of building it in the first place.

Is the doctor experienced in women's health specifically?

Yes. Our doctor has a focused interest in women's health and metabolic health: weight changes, burnout, hormonal symptoms, perimenopause, and balancing health alongside work and family.
